[目的]应用组织培养技术对紫色马铃薯进行离体培养芽诱导研究,以建立紫色马铃薯离体培养技术体系。[方法]以紫色马铃薯芽为外植体,进行不同的灭菌处理、基本培养基、蔗糖浓度和培养温度的比较试验,筛选紫色马铃薯芽诱导的适宜因子。[结果]试验结果表明:适宜的芽外植体灭菌处理为75%酒精10 s+0.1%升汞10 min,芽诱导成活率为45.56%;适宜的基本培养基是MS培养基,芽诱导成活率为48.89%;适宜的蔗糖浓度是30 g/L,芽诱导成活率为58.89%;适宜的培养温度是25℃,芽诱导成活率为54.44%。[结论]研究结果为紫色马铃薯快速繁殖提供了技术参考。

[목적]응용조직배양기술대자색마령서진행리체배양아유도연구,이건립자색마령서리체배양기술체계。[방법]이자색마령서아위외식체,진행불동적멸균처리、기본배양기、자당농도화배양온도적비교시험,사선자색마령서아유도적괄의인자。[결과]시험결과표명:괄의적아외식체멸균처리위75%주정10 s+0.1%승홍10 min,아유도성활솔위45.56%;괄의적기본배양기시MS배양기,아유도성활솔위48.89%;괄의적자당농도시30 g/L,아유도성활솔위58.89%;괄의적배양온도시25℃,아유도성활솔위54.44%。[결론]연구결과위자색마령서쾌속번식제공료기술삼고。
[Objective] The aim was to use tissue culture technology for bud induction in vitro culture, in order to establish the technique system in vitro culture of purple potato. [Method] Using bud of purple potato as the explant, making compared experiments on different sterilization treatments, basic media, sucrose concentration and culture temperature, to select the suitable factors on the bud induction of purple potato. [Result] The experimental results indicated that the suitable treatment on sterilization of bud explant was 75%Ethanol (10s)+0.1%HgCl2 (10min) and the survival rate of bud induction showed 45.56%,the suitable basic medium was MS and the rate showed 48.89%,the suitable sucrose concentration was 30g/L and the rate showed 58.89% and the suitable culture temperature was 25℃ and rate showed 54.44%. [Conclusion] The results provided technical references for potato rapid propagation.
