针对 AT91SAM9G20微处理器进行节能研究,提出基于 Linux 操作系统的节能方案。该方案利用动态电源管理 DPM(Dy-namic Power Management)技术以及根据判断进程队列中的进程数量来改变微处理器主频。因此,通过设计功耗控制模块,编写功耗控制驱动程序,最终实现功耗控制。经编写的测试程序试验表明,功耗控制模块有效可行,驱动程序代码易于移植和扩展,在电源供电的同等条件下,该方案可以大大降低功率消耗。

A study of energy saving on AT91SAM9G20 microprocessor is conducted and an energy saving scheme based on Linux operating system is presented in this paper.The scheme uses DPMtechnology and changes the basic frequency of microprocessor according to the judg-ment on process numbers in process queue.Therefore,power consumption control is eventually realised by designing the power consumption control module and compiling its driving program.It is demonstrated by the compiled test program that the power consumption control module is effective and feasible,the driver code is easy to port and expand,and that this scheme can reduce considerable power consumption under the same condition of power supply.
