目的:观察鼻腔冲洗在儿童功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术后的临床疗效并总结护理方法。方法诊断为慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(伴或不伴鼻息肉)患儿80例,术后随机分为2组,实验组40例,术后用0.9%氯化钠注射液冲洗鼻腔,每日1次,持续12周,每次鼻腔冲洗后予以内舒拿喷鼻;对照组40例,术后未行鼻腔冲洗,仅用内舒拿喷鼻。根据临床表现判断疗效。结果实验组症状的改善情况和术腔的愈合情况明显优于对照组,2组疗效的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻腔冲洗对手术后恢复、提高临床疗效有重要的意义,同时正确的冲洗方法及护理、取得患儿配合、加强家属的健康教育也是影响疗效的重要环节。

목적:관찰비강충세재인동공능성비내경비두수술후적림상료효병총결호리방법。방법진단위만성비-비두염(반혹불반비식육)환인80례,술후수궤분위2조,실험조40례,술후용0.9%록화납주사액충세비강,매일1차,지속12주,매차비강충세후여이내서나분비;대조조40례,술후미행비강충세,부용내서나분비。근거림상표현판단료효。결과실험조증상적개선정황화술강적유합정황명현우우대조조,2조료효적차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론비강충세대수술후회복、제고림상료효유중요적의의,동시정학적충세방법급호리、취득환인배합、가강가속적건강교육야시영향료효적중요배절。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of nasal irrigation after functional endoscopic sinus surgery in children,and explore nursing methods. Methods Eighty cases diagnosed with chronic nasal sinusitis( with or without nasal polyps) in children were randomly di-vided into two groups after sinus surgery. Forty cases in experimental group were washed with 0. 9% physiological saline once every day for 12 weeks. After each nasal irrigation,nasal cavity was sprayed with mometasone furoate. Forty cases in control group were used mometasone fu-roate to nasal spray. The therapeutic effect was estimated according to clinical manifestation. Result Improvement situation symptom and cav-ity in the experimental group was better than the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusion Nasal irri-gation with 0. 9% physiological saline can promote wound healing after functional endoscopic sinus surgery in children. At the same time,it is important that the correct way to wash,correct methods which get children to cooperate,effect health education for parents of Children.
