高等职业院校学生思想政治教育工作在教育对象、教育内容、教育方法、队伍建设等方面，相对于普通本科院校而言具有其独特性，而目前普遍存在的问题就是忽视这种独特性。在教育内容、教育方法、队伍建设等方面盲目照搬普通本科院校，造成了学生思想政治教育工作针对性不强、吸引不足、有效性弱化等问题。而要解决这一问题就要从增强针对性入手，从队伍建设，教育内容更新，教育方法改进等方面进行改革。突显高职院校的特色，贴近高职院校学生的思想和心理实际，以提高学生思想政治教育工作的针对性有效性。

Compared with regular undergraduate universities , vocational colleges'ideological and political education on students has its uniqueness in educational targets , educational content , edu-cational approaches and educational team construction .While problems existed is the ignorance of such specificity .Blindly imitating undergraduate university in educational content , educational ap-proaches and educational team construction caused problems in impertinency in ideological and ed -ucational work , inadequacy in appealing , weakness in efficiency .To solve the problem , we must enhance pertinence and execute reform via team construction , teaching content renewing and edu-cational approaches improvement by projecting characteristics , attaching vocational students'prac-tical thought and psychological reality to improve effectiveness in students'ideological and political work .
