受水泥窑余热参数波动的影响,水泥余热发电现有的几种除氧方式,除氧效果都不理想。以一条5000 t/d水泥熟料生产线配置9 MW纯低温余热发电为例,从工程应用的角度,通过理论计算及工程实践经验,详细分析探讨了水泥窑余热发电现常用三种除氧方式的优缺点。在此基础上提出了一种适应现有水泥窑余热发电的新型给水除氧工艺--无专用除氧器的新型综合给水除氧工艺系统。
受水泥窯餘熱參數波動的影響,水泥餘熱髮電現有的幾種除氧方式,除氧效果都不理想。以一條5000 t/d水泥熟料生產線配置9 MW純低溫餘熱髮電為例,從工程應用的角度,通過理論計算及工程實踐經驗,詳細分析探討瞭水泥窯餘熱髮電現常用三種除氧方式的優缺點。在此基礎上提齣瞭一種適應現有水泥窯餘熱髮電的新型給水除氧工藝--無專用除氧器的新型綜閤給水除氧工藝繫統。

Affected by fluctuation of the waste heat parameter, the effect of several existing deoxidation methods is not ideal. A 5 000 t/d clinker production line with 9MW low-temperature waste heat power generation as example, from the point of engineering applica-tion, pros and cons of three commonly used deoxidation methods for cement waste heat power generation were discussed and analysed in detail by theoretical calculation and engineering practice. On the basis a new feed deoxidization process--new synthesis feedwater deoxidization system with no special deaerator, adapt to existing cement kiln waste heat power generation was advanced.
