By-pass system is benefit for kiln's stable production and clinker quality, but will bring many problems as heat and material consumption increasing and environmental pollution, and recovery of by-pass heat in waste heat power generation system can reduce the harm effectively. Two technical schemes of by-pass waste heat power generation--a separate set of by-pass PH waste heat boiler and a SP waste heat boiler shared by-pass air and kiln end waste gas, were intorduced in brief. A detail analysis and comparsion of the two schemes were given including common goals and problems, technical difference, operation adjustment and the adapting scope and economy.
