云南省磷矿开采、黄磷、磷复肥生产能力居全国第一。但在磷矿资源开发利用中，诸如资源浪费严重、三废排放较高、下游加工产能扩张过快引起磷矿供需不平衡、后备资源勘查投入不足等问题日趋凸显。分析了问题的成因，提出了在开发中保护的主要对策和措施。
雲南省燐礦開採、黃燐、燐複肥生產能力居全國第一。但在燐礦資源開髮利用中，諸如資源浪費嚴重、三廢排放較高、下遊加工產能擴張過快引起燐礦供需不平衡、後備資源勘查投入不足等問題日趨凸顯。分析瞭問題的成因，提齣瞭在開髮中保護的主要對策和措施。
운남성린광개채、황린、린복비생산능력거전국제일。단재린광자원개발이용중，제여자원낭비엄중、삼폐배방교고、하유가공산능확장과쾌인기린광공수불평형、후비자원감사투입불족등문제일추철현。분석료문제적성인，제출료재개발중보호적주요대책화조시。
Phosphate mining,yellow phosphorus and phosphate fertilizer production of Yunnan province ranked No 1 in China.However,many problems such as waste of resources,high discharges of three wastes,unbalanced sup-ply and demand due to rapid expansion of down-stream production,shortage of invest in the basic investigation have been emerging.The reasons behind these problems were analyzed.The countermeasures were pointed out in order to protect the resource in the process of phosphorus industry development.
