目的:比较和分析 Vita Mark II 与2种全瓷系统饰瓷的结合强度。方法:将 Vita Mark II 瓷块切割成8 mm ×6 mm ×2 mm 试件20个,随机分成2组(n =10),分别在其表面烧结饰瓷 VM9和 Titankeramik,用万能试验机测定剪切强度,扫描电镜(SEM)观察结合界面的形貌和构象,热场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)对结合界面进行元素定性分析。结果:VM9组和 Ti-tankeramik 组剪切强度(MPa)分别为:36.92±7.6和41.02±9.40(P >0.05);各组试件破坏模式均以基底瓷破坏为主,SEM观察显示2种饰瓷材料在界面区与 Mark II 瓷块镶嵌融合,结合紧密无间隙。FE-SEM分析表明界面区 Al 元素质量分数呈梯度变化,由基底瓷向饰面瓷 Al 的质量分数逐渐下降,提示基底瓷中 Al 有越过界面相互渗透的现象。结论:VM9和 Titankeramik饰瓷与 Vita mark II 的结合强度均能满足临床需要。
目的:比較和分析 Vita Mark II 與2種全瓷繫統飾瓷的結閤彊度。方法:將 Vita Mark II 瓷塊切割成8 mm ×6 mm ×2 mm 試件20箇,隨機分成2組(n =10),分彆在其錶麵燒結飾瓷 VM9和 Titankeramik,用萬能試驗機測定剪切彊度,掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察結閤界麵的形貌和構象,熱場髮射掃描電鏡(FE-SEM)對結閤界麵進行元素定性分析。結果:VM9組和 Ti-tankeramik 組剪切彊度(MPa)分彆為:36.92±7.6和41.02±9.40(P >0.05);各組試件破壞模式均以基底瓷破壞為主,SEM觀察顯示2種飾瓷材料在界麵區與 Mark II 瓷塊鑲嵌融閤,結閤緊密無間隙。FE-SEM分析錶明界麵區 Al 元素質量分數呈梯度變化,由基底瓷嚮飾麵瓷 Al 的質量分數逐漸下降,提示基底瓷中 Al 有越過界麵相互滲透的現象。結論:VM9和 Titankeramik飾瓷與 Vita mark II 的結閤彊度均能滿足臨床需要。
목적:비교화분석 Vita Mark II 여2충전자계통식자적결합강도。방법:장 Vita Mark II 자괴절할성8 mm ×6 mm ×2 mm 시건20개,수궤분성2조(n =10),분별재기표면소결식자 VM9화 Titankeramik,용만능시험궤측정전절강도,소묘전경(SEM)관찰결합계면적형모화구상,열장발사소묘전경(FE-SEM)대결합계면진행원소정성분석。결과:VM9조화 Ti-tankeramik 조전절강도(MPa)분별위:36.92±7.6화41.02±9.40(P >0.05);각조시건파배모식균이기저자파배위주,SEM관찰현시2충식자재료재계면구여 Mark II 자괴양감융합,결합긴밀무간극。FE-SEM분석표명계면구 Al 원소질량분수정제도변화,유기저자향식면자 Al 적질량분수축점하강,제시기저자중 Al 유월과계면상호삼투적현상。결론:VM9화 Titankeramik식자여 Vita mark II 적결합강도균능만족림상수요。
Objective:To compare the shear bonding strength between two kinds of veneering ceramics respectively bonded to Vita Mark II.Methods:Vita Mark II samples were prepaired in the size of 8 mm ×6 mm ×2 mm.Veneering ceramic VM9 and Titankeram-ik were sintered on the Vita Mark II blocks respectively(n =1 0).The shear bond strength of each specimen was measured,the failure mode of the fracture surface was observed by SEM.The element in the bonding interface was analysed by field emission scanning elec-tron microscope(FE-SEM).Results:The values of shear bond strength (MPa)of VM9 and Titankeramik groups were 36.1 7 ±8.91 and 42.07 ±8.31 respectively(P >0.05).SEM observation showed tight bond between the two materials,FE-SEM results showed penetration of Al element from MarkⅡblock into veneering porcelain VM9 or Titankeramik.Conclusion:Veneered porcelain of VM9 and Titankeramik can be used as the individual veneering ceramics for Vita Mark II blocs.
