为了研究在用JJ30/18型井架修井作业工况时的力学性能，采用动态信号分析系统测量井架静、动态测试参数，并通过被测井架计算机仿真试验模拟井架工作承载、弹性变形、塑性变形过程，得到井架在设计状态下的应力和位移，根据判据条件评价井架的变形、缺陷、承载力和稳定性。经检测的井架在评定的载荷下工作都未发生任何破坏事故，提高了在用井架安全可靠性，延长了井架使用寿命，给油田带来了显著的经济效益与社会效益。

In order to study on the mechanical properties of the type of the JJ30/18 downhole derricks,by system of dynamic signal analysis to measurement static and dynamic test parameters of derrick, and by computer simulation test work bearing、elastic deformation、plastic deformation, to get the derrick at design condition of stress and displacement, evaluation of the derrick 's deformation、defects, bearing capacity and the stability. The detection of derrick work in the evaluation of the loads were not happen any accidents, so improve the safety and reliability of derrick, and prolong the service life of the derrick, which brings remarkable economic benefits and social benefits to the oilfield.
