根据作为表面活性剂的磺化油的工业制法,在实验室中通过磺化反应使硫酸和植物油反应生成磺化油,利用磺化油的性能改变土壤的结合情况,从而固化土壤。通过大量的试验研究,找出稀释质量比例为1∶30时固化体的强度最佳。在此基础上向土壤中加入页岩粉、粘土红砖粉、炉灰渣等废料,制成新型的建筑材料与传统的免烧砖相比更加节能并且良好的利用了废弃物,降低成本也保护环境。
根據作為錶麵活性劑的磺化油的工業製法,在實驗室中通過磺化反應使硫痠和植物油反應生成磺化油,利用磺化油的性能改變土壤的結閤情況,從而固化土壤。通過大量的試驗研究,找齣稀釋質量比例為1∶30時固化體的彊度最佳。在此基礎上嚮土壤中加入頁巖粉、粘土紅磚粉、爐灰渣等廢料,製成新型的建築材料與傳統的免燒磚相比更加節能併且良好的利用瞭廢棄物,降低成本也保護環境。

According to the industrial process for production of sulfonate d oil as surface active agents,in the laboratory by sulfonation reaction to sulfuric acid andplant oil reaction with sulfonated oil,by using properties of sulfonated oil change soil,thereby curing soil.Through a large number of experimental studies, find out the dilution ratio is the best curing on the strength of 1∶30. On the basis of joining the shale powder,clay brick powder,furnace ash and other waste to the soil,baking free bricks made of new building materials and traditionalcompared to more energy saving and good use ofwaste,to reduce the cost and protect environment.
