目的：探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）平扫及增强显示急性阑尾炎的影像学特征及诊断价值。材料与方法：回顾性分析30例急性阑尾炎患者多层螺旋CT平扫及增强的影像学表现。结果：平扫与增强比较重合较高的征象包括阑尾外径增大，阑尾扩张积液，阑尾周围脂肪条纹征，阑尾结石。结论：多层螺旋CT平扫及增强在急性阑尾炎的诊断中均具有重要意义。
目的：探討多層螺鏇CT（MSCT）平掃及增彊顯示急性闌尾炎的影像學特徵及診斷價值。材料與方法：迴顧性分析30例急性闌尾炎患者多層螺鏇CT平掃及增彊的影像學錶現。結果：平掃與增彊比較重閤較高的徵象包括闌尾外徑增大，闌尾擴張積液，闌尾週圍脂肪條紋徵，闌尾結石。結論：多層螺鏇CT平掃及增彊在急性闌尾炎的診斷中均具有重要意義。
목적：탐토다층라선CT（MSCT）평소급증강현시급성란미염적영상학특정급진단개치。재료여방법：회고성분석30례급성란미염환자다층라선CT평소급증강적영상학표현。결과：평소여증강비교중합교고적정상포괄란미외경증대，란미확장적액，란미주위지방조문정，란미결석。결론：다층라선CT평소급증강재급성란미염적진단중균구유중요의의。
Objective:To evaluate multislice spiral CT (MSCT) plain and enhanced display of acute appendicitis in the imaging characteristics and diagnostic value. Materials and methods:of 30 cases with acute appendicitis in multi-slice spiral CT plain scan-ning and enhanced imaging performance review. Results:plain and enhancement features of coincidence higher including appendix diameter increases, appendiceal dilatation, periappendiceal fat stripe sign, appendicular calculus. Conclusion:multi-slice spiral CT plain scan and enhancement has important significance in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.
