骨性关节炎(OA)是一种非常普遍的疾病,可分为原发性和继发性。继发性OA有明确的致病原因,如创伤、炎性关节病、先天性或发育性骨关节病、代谢性或内分泌性疾病等;原发性OA病因及发病机制尚不十分明确,可能与年龄增长、过度使用、损伤、肥胖、遗传等多种因素密切相关。然而,OA分子作用机制是复杂的,目前尚没有有效的治疗。

This review focuses on molecular mechanisms of OA development related to recent findings.
