喜树是我国特有树种，到目前为止，已从喜树中分离得到几十种化合物，主要包括生物碱、鞣花酸衍生物、脂肪酸、黄酮、挥发性成分等几大类化合物。本文按照化合物结构类型进行了归纳，综述了该类植物的化学成分研究进展，同时概述了这些成分的相关药理作用，以期为喜树资源的综合利用提供参考。

Camptotheca acuminata is a species endemic to China, so far, a dozens of compounds, including several categories al-kaloid compounds, ellagic acid derivatives, fatty acids, flavonoids, volatile ingredients have been isolated from Camptotheca acumina-ta. In this paper, according to the type of compound structures were summarized recent progress of the chemical composition of 20 such plants, while an overview of the relevant pharmacological effects of these ingredients, in order to provide a reference Camptotheca acuminata resource utilization.
