目的:建立HPLC法检查头孢呋辛酯胶囊有关物质的方法。方法:采用C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.2mol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液-甲醇(62:38)为流动相,检测波长为278nm。结果:方法的专属性及耐用性良好;在头孢呋辛浓度为0.7545~15.09μg/ml范围内,进样浓度与色谱峰面积线性关系良好。结论:本方法简便、快速、灵敏,可有效检测头孢呋辛酯胶囊中的有关物质。

목적:건립HPLC법검사두포부신지효낭유관물질적방법。방법:채용C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)색보주,이0.2mol/L린산이경안용액-갑순(62:38)위류동상,검측파장위278nm。결과:방법적전속성급내용성량호;재두포부신농도위0.7545~15.09μg/ml범위내,진양농도여색보봉면적선성관계량호。결론:본방법간편、쾌속、령민,가유효검측두포부신지효낭중적유관물질。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of related substances in Cefuroxime Axetil capsules. Methods:The HPLC conditions were as follows:C18 column(4.6mm×250mm 5μm).Mobile phase:A 0.2mol/L solution of ammoni-um dihydrogen phosphate,and methanol(62:38), detection wavelength:278nm. Results: The detection method has a good specificity and durability. Cefuroxime has a good linearity in the concentration of 0.7545μg/ml to15.09μg/ml. Conclusion:The method is simple and rapid,suitable for the quality control of compounds of Cefuroxime Axetil capsules.
