目的:建立葡萄糖酸钠原料药残留溶剂的测定方法。方法:采用DB-624毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.32mm)、顶空进样法,以FID检测。结果:乙醇、丙酮均在1~200μg·mL-1范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为97.8%、96.1%,RSD分别为2.0%、1.7%。结论:所建立方法专属性好,简便准确,可用于葡萄糖酸钠原料药残留溶剂的限度检查。

목적:건립포도당산납원료약잔류용제적측정방법。방법:채용DB-624모세관색보주(30m×0.32mm)、정공진양법,이FID검측。결과:을순、병동균재1~200μg·mL-1범위내선성관계량호,평균회수솔분별위97.8%、96.1%,RSD분별위2.0%、1.7%。결론:소건립방법전속성호,간편준학,가용우포도당산납원료약잔류용제적한도검사。
Objective:To establish a method for determining the residual solvents in Sodium Gluconate by gas chromatography. Methods:The analytical column was DB-624 capillary column( 30m × 0.32mm) . The detector was FID. The injector temperature was 200℃,and the detector temperature was 250℃.The column temperature was 80℃. The injectionsplit ratio was 10∶1. The carrier gas was nitrogen. The column flow was 2.0ml/min. Results: It appeared a goodlinearity in the experimental concentration ( r = 0. 9991~0. 9999) ,The average recovery was 98. 0%~101. 2%. Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate,which can be used to detect the residual solvents in Sodium Gluconate.
