【目的】研究α-硫辛酸对终末期肾脏疾病(ES RD )患者晚期氧化蛋白产物的影响,探讨其可能的保护作用。【方法】将在本院进行维持性血液透析或腹膜透析的ES RD患者共45例,随机分为三组,每组15例,A组为α-硫辛酸治疗组,B组为维生素E治疗组,C组为常规治疗组。另外选取本院健康体检者15例为正常对照组(N组)。治疗前及各组治疗半个月后,抽血监测血浆氧化应激指标晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP )、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)并进行比较。【结果】治疗前A、B、C三组患者血浆AOPP含量均高于N组,SOD含量均低于N组,且与N组相比较差异均有显著性(均 P <0.01),而 A、B、C三组之间 AOPP、SOD含量相比较差异均无显著性( P >0.05)。治疗后A、B组AOPP含量较治疗前均有所下降,且与治疗前相比差异均有显著性( P<0.05),与B组比较,A组AOPP含量下降更为明显,且差异有显著性( P <0.01)。而A、B组SOD含量较治疗前均有所升高,且与治疗前相比差异均有显著性( P <0.05),与B组比较,A 组SOD含量升高更明显,且差异有显著性( P <0.01)。C组患者AOPP、SOD含量与治疗前相比较差异均无显著性( P >0.05)。【结论】α-硫辛酸能降低ESRD患者氧化应激水平,且疗效优于使用维生素E治疗组。

【목적】연구α-류신산대종말기신장질병(ES RD )환자만기양화단백산물적영향,탐토기가능적보호작용。【방법】장재본원진행유지성혈액투석혹복막투석적ES RD환자공45례,수궤분위삼조,매조15례,A조위α-류신산치료조,B조위유생소E치료조,C조위상규치료조。령외선취본원건강체검자15례위정상대조조(N조)。치료전급각조치료반개월후,추혈감측혈장양화응격지표만기양화단백산물(AOPP )、초양화물기화매(SOD)병진행비교。【결과】치료전A、B、C삼조환자혈장AOPP함량균고우N조,SOD함량균저우N조,차여N조상비교차이균유현저성(균 P <0.01),이 A、B、C삼조지간 AOPP、SOD함량상비교차이균무현저성( P >0.05)。치료후A、B조AOPP함량교치료전균유소하강,차여치료전상비차이균유현저성( P<0.05),여B조비교,A조AOPP함량하강경위명현,차차이유현저성( P <0.01)。이A、B조SOD함량교치료전균유소승고,차여치료전상비차이균유현저성( P <0.05),여B조비교,A 조SOD함량승고경명현,차차이유현저성( P <0.01)。C조환자AOPP、SOD함량여치료전상비교차이균무현저성( P >0.05)。【결론】α-류신산능강저ESRD환자양화응격수평,차료효우우사용유생소E치료조。
[Objective] To study the effect of α-lipoic acid on advanced oxidation protein products in patients with chronic kidney disease(ESRD) ,and to explore the possible protective role .[Methods] Forty-five patients with ERSD undergoing hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis were randomly divided into three groups with 15 patients in each group .Group A was treated with α-lipoic acid ,and group B was treated with vitamin E ,and group C re-ceived conventional treatment .In addition ,15 healthy subjects in our hospital were recruited as normal control group(group N) .The oxidative stress indicators such as advanced oxidation protein products (AOPP) and super-oxide dismutase(SOD) before and half a month after treatment were measured and compared .[Results] Before treatment ,AOPP level in plasma of group A ,B and C was higher than that of group N ,while SOD level was low-er than that of group N ,and there was significant difference between group A ,B or C and group N(all P<0 .01) . There was no significant difference in AOPP and SOD levels among group A ,B and C .Compared with before treatment ,AOPP level in group A and group after treatment were decreased ,and there was significant difference between before and after treatment ( P <0 .05) .Compared with group B ,AOPP level in group A was decreased more significantly ,and there was significant difference( P<0 .01) ,while SOD level in group A and group B were increased ,and there was significant difference between before and after treatment ( P < 0 .05) .Compared with group B ,SOD level in group A was increased more significantly ,and there was significant difference( P<0 .01) . There was no significant difference in levels of AOPP and SOD in group C between before and after treatment ( P>0 .05) .[Conclusion] Theα-lipoic acid can reduce the level of oxidative stress in ESRD patients ,and its efficacy is better than vitamin E .
