【目的】评价疼痛评估工具的信效度,研究其在小儿骨科术后患儿中的应用价值。【方法】随机选取本院收治的骨科术后患儿100例,患儿年龄在6个月至7岁之间,患儿术后清醒6 h、10 h时借助中文版儿童疼痛行为量表对其进行疼痛评分,记录疼痛评分,并对评分数≥4分的患者进行疼痛干预,30 min后再次应用儿童疼痛行为量表评估,记录分值。【结果】患儿术后清醒6 h、10 h时评价疼痛评分分别为(6.12±1.51)分、(3.52±0.56)分,两者比较差异显著( P <0.05);有50例患儿评分≥4分,其术后10 h疼痛评分为(5.02±1.01)分,给予疼痛干预,30 min后疼痛评分为(1.55±0.64)分,干预前后其疼痛评分差异有统计意义( P<0.05)。【结论】儿童疼痛行为量表信效度较好,可在小儿骨科术后患儿中应用。

【목적】평개동통평고공구적신효도,연구기재소인골과술후환인중적응용개치。【방법】수궤선취본원수치적골과술후환인100례,환인년령재6개월지7세지간,환인술후청성6 h、10 h시차조중문판인동동통행위량표대기진행동통평분,기록동통평분,병대평분수≥4분적환자진행동통간예,30 min후재차응용인동동통행위량표평고,기록분치。【결과】환인술후청성6 h、10 h시평개동통평분분별위(6.12±1.51)분、(3.52±0.56)분,량자비교차이현저( P <0.05);유50례환인평분≥4분,기술후10 h동통평분위(5.02±1.01)분,급여동통간예,30 min후동통평분위(1.55±0.64)분,간예전후기동통평분차이유통계의의( P<0.05)。【결론】인동동통행위량표신효도교호,가재소인골과술후환인중응용。
[Objective]To evaluate the reliability and validity of pain assessment tool and its application value in pedi-atric patients after orthopedic surgery .[Methods] Totally 100 pediatric patients after orthopedic surgery in our hospital were randomly selected .The age of patients was 6 months to 7 years old .When awake at 6h and 10h after operation , Chinese children'pain behavior scale was used for pain score in pediatric patients .Pain score was recorded .Patients with pain score≥4 points received pain intervention .Children's pain behavior scale was used for the evaluation after 30min a-gain ,and the score was also recorded .[Results]The pain scores of pediatric patients at 6h and 10h after awake for surgery were (6 .12 ± 1 .51) points and (3 .52 ± 0 .56) points respectively ,and there was significant difference ( P<0 .05) .Pain scores of 50 pediatric patients with pain score≥4 points were (5 .02 ± 1 .01) points .After pain intervention for 30min , pain scores of these pediatric patients were (1 .55 ± 0 .64) points .There was significant difference in pain score between before and after intervention ( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion]Children's pain behavior scale has good reliability and validity ,and can be used in pediatric patients after orthopedic surgery .
