【目的】探讨1型糖尿病患者外周血趋化因子 CCL21表达水平及其意义。【方法】将30例1型糖尿病患者按病程不同分为3组：A组（病程＜2个月）12例、B组（2个月≤病程＜3年）10例和C组（病程≥3年）8例，用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA ）检测3组患者及20例健康儿童（对照组）外周血中CCL21水平。【结果】1型糖尿病患者外周血中CCL21表达显著高于对照组（ P＜0．01），随着病程的延长，CCL21表达水平呈下降趋势，差异有显著性（ P ＜0．05）。【结论】1型糖尿病患者外周血中CCL21表达增高，并随病程的延长而下降。
【목적】탐토1형당뇨병환자외주혈추화인자 CCL21표체수평급기의의。【방법】장30례1형당뇨병환자안병정불동분위3조：A조（병정＜2개월）12례、B조（2개월≤병정＜3년）10례화C조（병정≥3년）8례，용매련면역흡부법（ELISA ）검측3조환자급20례건강인동（대조조）외주혈중CCL21수평。【결과】1형당뇨병환자외주혈중CCL21표체현저고우대조조（ P＜0．01），수착병정적연장，CCL21표체수평정하강추세，차이유현저성（ P ＜0．05）。【결론】1형당뇨병환자외주혈중CCL21표체증고，병수병정적연장이하강。
[Objective]To explore the expression of chemokine CCL 21 in peripheral blood of patients with type 1 di-abetes and its significance .[Methods] According to the course of disease ,30 patients with type 1 diabetes were divided into group A(the course<2 months ,n=12) ,group B(2 months≤the course<3 years ,n=10) and group C(the course≥3 years ,n=8) .The levels of CCL21 in peripheral blood of patients in 3 groups and 20 healthy children(control group) were determined by ELISA method .[Results]The expression of CCL21 in peripheral blood of patients with type 1 diabe-tes was markedly higher than that of control group ( P<0 .01) .The expression of CCL21 was decreased with the exten-sion of the course .There was significant difference ( P <0 .05) .[Conclusion] The expression of CCL21 in peripheral blood of patients with type 1 diabetes is increased ,and decreased with the extension of the course .
