【目的】探讨ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂对内毒素脂多糖(LPS)致兔急性肺损伤(ALI)急性肺损伤兔肺组织中血栓素B2(TXB2)、6酮前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)表达的影响。【方法】清洁级新西兰兔24只,随机分为对照组(A组)、LPS致伤组(B组)、ω-3鱼油脂肪乳剂预处理+LPS致伤组(C组),每组8只,记录0h、0.5h、1h、2h、4h时间点氧和指数(PaO2/FiO2)的改变,4h点处死动物,取肺组织测定TXB2和6-酮-前列腺素F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)含量、观察病理变化,并做病理评分。【结果】注射LPS0.5h、1h后B、C两组0.5h、1h兔肺组织TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α均较A组明显升高(P<0.05),B、C两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),注射LPS2h、4h后三组比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α(T/P)明显高于A、C两组(P<0.05),A组与C组T/P均有增高趋势(0.75VS0.73),但两组比较无显著差异(P>0.05);A组、C组肺损伤病理组织评分均低于B组(P<0.05)。【结论】ω-3鱼油脂肪乳可明显减少LPS致ALI的肺组织TXB2含量,对6-keto-PGF1α最终合成无明显抑制,从而显著下调T/P,对内毒素致兔ALI具有一定保护作用。

【목적】탐토ω-3어유지방유제대내독소지다당(LPS)치토급성폐손상(ALI)급성폐손상토폐조직중혈전소B2(TXB2)、6동전렬선소F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)표체적영향。【방법】청길급신서란토24지,수궤분위대조조(A조)、LPS치상조(B조)、ω-3어유지방유제예처리+LPS치상조(C조),매조8지,기록0h、0.5h、1h、2h、4h시간점양화지수(PaO2/FiO2)적개변,4h점처사동물,취폐조직측정TXB2화6-동-전렬선소F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)함량、관찰병리변화,병주병리평분。【결과】주사LPS0.5h、1h후B、C량조0.5h、1h토폐조직TXB2、6-keto-PGF1α균교A조명현승고(P<0.05),B、C량조비교유통계학의의(P<0.05),주사LPS2h、4h후삼조비교무통계학의의(P>0.05);B조TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α(T/P)명현고우A、C량조(P<0.05),A조여C조T/P균유증고추세(0.75VS0.73),단량조비교무현저차이(P>0.05);A조、C조폐손상병리조직평분균저우B조(P<0.05)。【결론】ω-3어유지방유가명현감소LPS치ALI적폐조직TXB2함량,대6-keto-PGF1α최종합성무명현억제,종이현저하조T/P,대내독소치토ALI구유일정보호작용。
[Objective]To explore the influence of ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion on the expression of TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in lung tissues of acute lung injury (ALI) in rabbits induced by lipopolysaccharide(LPS) .[Meth-ods] A total of 24 clean-grade New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into control group(group A) ,LPS injury group(group B) and ω-3 fish oil fat emulsion pretreatment and LPS injury group (group C) with 8 cases in each group .The change of oxygenation index(PaO2/FiO2 ) at 0h ,0 .5h ,1h ,2h and 4h time point was re-corded .The animals were killed at 4h .The lung tissues were collected to detect the levels of TXB 2 and 6-keto-PGF1α .The pathological changes were observed and the pathological scores were obtained .[Results] Com-pared with group A ,TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in lung tissues of group B and group C after injection with LPS for 0 .5h and 1h were obviously increased( P <0 .05) ,and there were significant differences between group B and group C( P <0 .05) .There was no significant difference among three groups after injection with LPS for 2h and 4h( P >0 .05) .TXB2/6-keto-PGF1α(T/P) in group B was obviously higher than that in group A and group C( P <0 .05) .The T/P in group A and group C had an increasing tendency(0 .75 vs .0 .73) ,but there was no significant difference between two groups ( P >0 .05) .The histopathological scores of lung injury in group A and group C were lower than those in group B( P<0 .05) .[Conclusion] Theω-3 fish oil fat emulsion can obviously reduce the level of TXB2 in lung tissues of LPS-induced ALI ,but has no obvious inhibition on fi-nal synthesis of 6-keto-PGF1α ,thereby significantly reduce T/P ,and has protective effect on endotoxin-in-duced ALI in rabbits .
