为优化配置地铁站的自动售票机数目,将自动售票过程抽象为具有状态相关性和容量限制的单服务台排队系统。基于实际调查数据发现,客流到达间隔和自动售票时间分别服从对数正态分布和伽马分布;根据地铁设计规范,将排队区域行人的等待忍耐极限转化为排队系统容量。在此基础上,利用Anylogic软件设计排队系统仿真优化实验,获取不同服务水平等级下的最优自动售票机台数。最后,对排队系统仿真实验进行微观仿真验证。结果表明,排队系统仿真与微观仿真实验结果高度吻合,由此证明了所提方法的可信度和适用性。

To optimize the number of the TVM (ticket vending machine)in the metro station,the automatic ticketing process is abstracted into a queuing system of a single service desk with state de-pendency and capacity constraints.Based on the actual survey data,it is found that the passenger ar-rival interval obeys the lognormal distribution and the service time of the TVM fits the gamma distri-bution.The capacity of the queuing system is transformed from the pedestrians'waiting limits in the queuing area according to the code for metro design.On this basis,the Anylogic software is used to design the simulation optimization experiments of the queuing system to obtain the optimal number of the TVM in each level of service.The results show that the results of the simulation experiments of the queuing system are highly consistent with those of the microscopic simulation experiments,pro-ving the reliability and applicability of the proposed method.
