外舾装生产设计在TRIBON M3型/板材部件库、标准件部件库和非标件数据库的不断扩充基础上,通过数据信息抽取的手段提取满足不同船厂要求的生产信息实现托盘化管理。介绍了某散货船生产项目的应用设施,完善三维模型数据库、抽取船厂生产信息和设绘制作与安装图,从而减轻外舾装专业设计人员的工作强度,提高图纸设计效率及质量。

Based on the updating TRIBON M3 assembly data base (including plate, stiffener, standard and un-standard part data base),pallet control was realized in outfitting production design. By using information extraction technique , production information was provided which satisfied different need from various shipyards. The application of the software on some bulk carrier project was introduced in this paper. By means of perfecting 3D models data base , extracting production information,drawings and installation diagrams,designers could reduce their working load, improving efficiency and quality of drawing design.
