深水供应船的首部锚机区域结构承载较大,对于锚机区域的船体支撑结构的要求较高,而考虑到锚机的布置位置和方向的特殊,结构加强会较为困难。锚机区域船体支撑结构是锚机正常工作的有力保障,通过有限元计算实例,可以发现在兼顾结构强度、构件布置的前提下,做到对应与锚机一个方向的充足加强,就能满足规范要求,保证结构安全。

Supporting structure under fore windlass of deep water supply vessel was designed to bear loads from the windlass. These loads,which were large,requested structural reinforcement on the foundation. Considering the special arrangement of the windlass , structural reinforcement could be very difficult . Supporting structure was the key to ensure that windlass could work normally and safely. According to the result from finite element analysis ,a solution was found . That is to arrange sufficient reinforcement along the direction of windlass , which satisfied both the arrangement and the strength requirements.
