研制了一种耐低温耐腐蚀树脂基复合材料,记为S2/EpD。 S2/EpD复合材料采用自制环氧配方,以高强玻璃纤维(S2)为增强材料,通过湿法纤维缠绕成型制作复合材料单向板。 S2/EpD单向板在低温(-40℃)的2种氟碳化合物(记为Fa、Fb)里分别浸泡1000 h后,其单向板复合材料弯曲模量及复合材料外观无显著变化,S2/EpD复合材料单向板在Fa、Fb氟碳化合物里浸泡1000 h后,弯曲强度保持率分别为78%和81%,弯曲模量保持率分别为98%和95%。

A low-temperature-corrosion resistant resin matrix composite materials ,denoted S2/EpD is developed.S2/EpD ,the composite materials unidirectional plate used self-made epoxy/anhydride formulation ,and was reinforced by high-strength glass fiber ( S2 ) and produced by wet filament winging process .The unidirectional plate were soaked in the two fluo-rocarbons ( denoted by Fa and Fb ) at low temperature of -40℃for 1 000 h,its flexural modulus and appearance showed no significant change .S2/EpD composite materials unidirectional plate was soaked in the fluorocarbons of Fa and Fb for 1 000 h,the retention rate of flexural strength was 78%and 81%respectively;and the retention rate of flexural modulus were 98%and 95%respectively .
