本文采用短梁三点弯曲试验法,研究三维四向、五向编织碳纤维复合材料的剪切性能、剪切破坏过程及其破坏模式。结果表明:三维五向较三维四向编织复合材料剪切性能好;三维编织复合材料剪切强度沿长度方向随着编织角的减小而增加;切边三维编织复合材料试件受剪切破坏时在加载点附近侧表面裂缝沿纱线走向分布,上下两表面发生弯曲破坏,离开侧表面2 mm后内部纵向截面上下表层发生弯曲破坏,其它部位未发生剪切破坏。
本文採用短樑三點彎麯試驗法,研究三維四嚮、五嚮編織碳纖維複閤材料的剪切性能、剪切破壞過程及其破壞模式。結果錶明:三維五嚮較三維四嚮編織複閤材料剪切性能好;三維編織複閤材料剪切彊度沿長度方嚮隨著編織角的減小而增加;切邊三維編織複閤材料試件受剪切破壞時在加載點附近側錶麵裂縫沿紗線走嚮分佈,上下兩錶麵髮生彎麯破壞,離開側錶麵2 mm後內部縱嚮截麵上下錶層髮生彎麯破壞,其它部位未髮生剪切破壞。
본문채용단량삼점만곡시험법,연구삼유사향、오향편직탄섬유복합재료적전절성능、전절파배과정급기파배모식。결과표명:삼유오향교삼유사향편직복합재료전절성능호;삼유편직복합재료전절강도연장도방향수착편직각적감소이증가;절변삼유편직복합재료시건수전절파배시재가재점부근측표면렬봉연사선주향분포,상하량표면발생만곡파배,리개측표면2 mm후내부종향절면상하표층발생만곡파배,기타부위미발생전절파배。
Shearing tests were carried out with short beam test methods ,the shearing properties ,failure process and fail-ure mode of 3D four and five directional braided composites were researched .The results revealed that the shearing proper-ties of 3D braided five-directional composites were better than that of four-directional composites; the shearing strength of 3D braided composites increased as the braided angel decreased; the lateral surface fracture distributed along the path of yarns near the loading point under the short beam load ,bending failure occurred on the top and the bottom ,no shearing fail-ure occurred in the internal surface 2 mm away from the lateral surface except that bending failure occurred on the top and the bottom.
