机械基础课程实践性很强，教师在教学时应该注重理论与实践并重，不能只告诉学生原理，不让学生自己动手实践，这不利于学生的学习。本文针对目前高职机械基础课程在教学方面内容偏少，理论知识多过实践培训，设备陈旧等问题，提出一些改进方法，希望高校加强学生在机械基础的学习力度，强调学生的动手实践能力。

Mechanical is a very practical foundation course , so teachers should focus on teaching both in theory and practice-they should not only tell students principles without their hands-on practice , which is very harmful for their study . In accordance with some problems as less teaching contents , more theory knowledge than practical training and outdated equipment , this paper raised some methods to improve , hoping to strengthen the foundation of mechanical basis and students' practical ability .
