为了增强大排量高压往复柱塞泵运行的可靠性，提高控制精度，实现现场无人值守功能。结合某注水站实际，设计了基于 kingview6.55组态软件和可编程控制器（PLC）分布式监控系统，该系统能实现恒压供水以及若干参数的实时检测。现场试验证明该系统具有实现自动控制、故障报警等多方面功能，图形化的人机界面显示了设备运行状态，操作简单、具有很高的实用价值。

In order to enhance the reliability of large displacement high-pressure reciprocating pump's running and improve the precision of control and realize the unattended function , this paper , combined with a practical water injection station , designed based configuration software ( Kingview6 . 55 ) and programmable logic controller ( PLC ) distributed control system . This system can realize the constant pressure water supply and real-time detection of some parameters . Field tests proved that this system contain many functions , including automatic control , fault alarm and so on . The graphical interface displayed the running state of the equipment , simple operation , with very high practical value .
