目的：评价牙列缺损伴重度磨耗的咬合重建序列治疗的效果。方法：选取牙列缺损伴重度磨耗患者36例，采用固定-活动联合修复方法实施咬合重建，通过3年随访，观察临床修复效果。结果：咬合重建后36例患者取得较满意疗效。结论：有序、合理的咬合重建治疗可以恢复患者正常的咀嚼功能，缓解颞下颌关节紊乱病及牙齿敏感，改善美观。
目的：評價牙列缺損伴重度磨耗的咬閤重建序列治療的效果。方法：選取牙列缺損伴重度磨耗患者36例，採用固定-活動聯閤脩複方法實施咬閤重建，通過3年隨訪，觀察臨床脩複效果。結果：咬閤重建後36例患者取得較滿意療效。結論：有序、閤理的咬閤重建治療可以恢複患者正常的咀嚼功能，緩解顳下頜關節紊亂病及牙齒敏感，改善美觀。
목적：평개아렬결손반중도마모적교합중건서렬치료적효과。방법：선취아렬결손반중도마모환자36례，채용고정-활동연합수복방법실시교합중건，통과3년수방，관찰림상수복효과。결과：교합중건후36례환자취득교만의료효。결론：유서、합리적교합중건치료가이회복환자정상적저작공능，완해섭하합관절문란병급아치민감，개선미관。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of systematic treatment of occlusal rehabilitation for partially edentulous patients with severely worn dentition. Methods: 36 patients with severe tooth wear and tooth missing were enrolled in the study, and rehabilitated with FPD-RPD. During the treatment and the 3-year follow-up, their feelings (esthetic feeling, comfort), clinical symptoms, masticatory efficiency and temporomandibular joint disease symptoms were recorded and analyzed before and after rehabilitation. Results:The patients were satisfied with both esthetics and function of the prostheses. Conclusions: Systematic and reasonable occlusal rehabilitation treatment can restore normal chewing function, relieve tooth hypersensitivity and temporomandibular joint disorder disease, and improve aesthetic appearance.
