以盐藻作为研究对象,研究脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AE)对盐藻的毒性作用。分别使用含有浓度为0、2.5、5.0、10.0、20.0、40.0 mg/L AE的营养液培养盐藻,每日记录细胞总数。在实验的第9 d,收集藻液并分别对总谷胱甘肽(GSH)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢(H2 O2)、铜-锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SOD)、可溶性蛋白和叶绿素a含量进行测定。结果表明较高浓度的AE对藻类的生长具有一定的抑制作用;不同浓度的 AE处理9 d 后,各处理组盐藻叶绿素 a 和 T-GSH 含量没有显著差异;4.0 mg/L AE组盐藻可溶性蛋白含量显著低于对照组和0.25 mg/L组(p<0.05);0.25 mg/L组和4.0 mg/L组MDA含量显著低于1.0 mg/L组(p<0.05);2.0 mg/L组和4.0 mg/L组盐藻 H2 O2含量显著低于0.25 mg/L组和0.5 mg/L(p<0.05);AE 浓度为0.25 mg/L 和1.0 mg/L组盐藻中CuZn-SOD含量显著低于对照组和0.25 mg/L 组(p<0.05),AE 浓度4.0 mg/L组盐藻中CuZn-SOD含量显著高于与0.25、0.5、1.0 mg/L组(p<0.05)。证实 AE对盐藻具有一定的毒性作用,为活化剂 AE的合理使用和安全评价提供了理论依据。

In this study,we use salina as the obj ect and discuss the toxic effects of fatty alcohol ethoxylates (AE)on Dunaliella.Use AE nutrient fluid which containing a concentration of 0 mg/L,2.5 mg/L,5 mg/L,10 mg/L,20 mg/L,40 mg/L respectively to culture salina,and record total number of cells every day.On 9th day of the experiment,we collect algae solution to determine the content of total glutathione (GSH),malondialdehyde (MDA),hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2 ),copper-zinc superoxide dismutase (CuZn-SOD),soluble protein and chlorophyll-a respectively.The results showed that:a higher concentration of AE on the growth of algae has a certain extent.After treatment with different concentrations of AE for 9 days,the content of chlorophyll-a and T-GSH of each treatment group salina were not significantly different.4.0 mg/L AE group salina soluble protein content was significantly lower than the control group and 0.25 mg/L group (p<0.05);0.25 mg/L group and 4.0 mg/L of MDA was significantly lower than 1.0 mg/L group (p<0.05);2.0 mg/L group and 4.0 mg/L H2 O2 salina group were significantly lower than 0.25 mg/L group and 0.5 mg/L (p<0.05);the Dunaliella CuZn-SOD content in the concentration of 0.25 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L AE group was significantly lower than the control group and 0.25 mg/L group (p<0.05),the Dunaliella CuZn-SOD content in the concentration of 4.0 mg/L group was significantly higher than with 0.25 mg/L,0.5 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L group (p<0.05).
