随着高校思想政治教育工作的不断加强，辅导员队伍越来越年轻，“80后”成了主力军。面对“90后”的大学生群体，怎样有效地开展高校学生管理工作成为不断探索的新课题。本文就大学生和辅导员两个群体个性化素质特征进行了对比分析，并探讨了如何更加有效地开展高校思想政治教育工作。
隨著高校思想政治教育工作的不斷加彊，輔導員隊伍越來越年輕，“80後”成瞭主力軍。麵對“90後”的大學生群體，怎樣有效地開展高校學生管理工作成為不斷探索的新課題。本文就大學生和輔導員兩箇群體箇性化素質特徵進行瞭對比分析，併探討瞭如何更加有效地開展高校思想政治教育工作。

With strengthening of the students' ideological work and the team of tutors becomes younger, and the post-80s has become the main forces. In face of the group of post-90s students, how to carry out the management work effectively in universities has become a new subject. In the paper, we have done some comparative analysis on the quality features and individualities of the two groups in or-der to further probe into the ways and means to do the ideological work well.
