Polyalthia plagioneura%extract%S180%tumor bearing mice%anti-tumor
目的:研究斜脉暗罗茎提取物对S180荷瘤抗肿瘤作用的影响。方法:制备S180荷瘤小鼠动物模型,于接种肿瘤后第2日始分别隔日腹腔注射生理盐水或0.1、0.2、0.4 mg/kg-1· d-1的斜脉暗罗茎提取物溶液,7天后处死各组小鼠,观察小鼠胸腺、脾、肿瘤的重量及胸腺指数、脾指数、肿瘤指数等指标。结果:0.2和0.4 mg· kg-1· d-1的斜脉暗罗茎提取物与溶剂对照组相比,胸腺指数、脾指数明显增加(P<0.05;P<0.01),且肿瘤生长明显缓慢,肿瘤重量明显降低(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:斜脉暗罗茎提取物能明显抑制S180荷瘤小鼠肿瘤的生长,其作用机制可能是通过增强荷瘤小鼠自身免疫功能来实现。
目的:研究斜脈暗囉莖提取物對S180荷瘤抗腫瘤作用的影響。方法:製備S180荷瘤小鼠動物模型,于接種腫瘤後第2日始分彆隔日腹腔註射生理鹽水或0.1、0.2、0.4 mg/kg-1· d-1的斜脈暗囉莖提取物溶液,7天後處死各組小鼠,觀察小鼠胸腺、脾、腫瘤的重量及胸腺指數、脾指數、腫瘤指數等指標。結果:0.2和0.4 mg· kg-1· d-1的斜脈暗囉莖提取物與溶劑對照組相比,胸腺指數、脾指數明顯增加(P<0.05;P<0.01),且腫瘤生長明顯緩慢,腫瘤重量明顯降低(P<0.05;P<0.01)。結論:斜脈暗囉莖提取物能明顯抑製S180荷瘤小鼠腫瘤的生長,其作用機製可能是通過增彊荷瘤小鼠自身免疫功能來實現。
목적:연구사맥암라경제취물대S180하류항종류작용적영향。방법:제비S180하류소서동물모형,우접충종류후제2일시분별격일복강주사생리염수혹0.1、0.2、0.4 mg/kg-1· d-1적사맥암라경제취물용액,7천후처사각조소서,관찰소서흉선、비、종류적중량급흉선지수、비지수、종류지수등지표。결과:0.2화0.4 mg· kg-1· d-1적사맥암라경제취물여용제대조조상비,흉선지수、비지수명현증가(P<0.05;P<0.01),차종류생장명현완만,종류중량명현강저(P<0.05;P<0.01)。결론:사맥암라경제취물능명현억제S180하류소서종류적생장,기작용궤제가능시통과증강하류소서자신면역공능래실현。
Objective:To study the anti-tumor effect of Polyalthia plagioneura stem extract on S 180 tumor bearing mice .Method:Saline and different doses of Polyalthia plagioneura extract (0.1, 0.2 and 0.4 mg· kg-1 · d-1 ) were administered by intraperitoneal injec-tion in every other day , starting at the second day after the S 180 tumor models established .The mice are sacrificed seven days later , the weights of thymus , spleen and tumor , and the indexes including thymus index and spleen index , tumor index were observed .Result:Comparing to the control group , indexes of mice in the high dose treating groups (0.2 and 0.4 mg· kg-1 · d-1 of Polyalthia plagioneu-ra extract) like thymus index and spleen index are increased significantly , and the tumor growth rates are slower and the weight is light-er than in the control group (P<0.05; P<0.01).Conclusion: Polyalthia plagioneura extract can inhibit the tumor growth of S 180 tumor bearing mice , the mechanism may be achieved by enhancing the immune function of mice themselves .
