目的:正交试验优选白术多糖提取工艺。方法:以多糖提取率为指标,提取温度、提取时间、料液比、提取次数为考察因素,采用正交试验优选白术多糖提取工艺。结果:固定温度80℃,用100 mL 70%乙醇回流1.5 h后,在90℃下,料液比1∶20,改用水加热回流提取3小时,白术多糖提取率最高。结论:正交试验优选白术多糖提取工艺方法简单、精密度高、预测性好,可为提取白术中白术多糖的生产工艺提供参考。

목적:정교시험우선백술다당제취공예。방법:이다당제취솔위지표,제취온도、제취시간、료액비、제취차수위고찰인소,채용정교시험우선백술다당제취공예。결과:고정온도80℃,용100 mL 70%을순회류1.5 h후,재90℃하,료액비1∶20,개용수가열회류제취3소시,백술다당제취솔최고。결론:정교시험우선백술다당제취공예방법간단、정밀도고、예측성호,가위제취백술중백술다당적생산공예제공삼고。
Objective:Orthogonal Optimization Extraction of Polysaccharides in Atractylodes .Method:Taking Extraction ratio as an indi-cator to investigate the factors of Temperature ,Extraction time,Liquid ratio,Extraction times ,then taking Orthogonal Optimization to choose the best Extraction Process of Polysaccharides in Atractylodes .Result:With Fixed temperature 80℃,added 100mL 70%etha-nol and heated at reflux for 1.5h,filter.At 90℃,residue with 1∶20 solid-liquid ratio,change the water heated to reflux for 3 hours to extract,Atractylodes had the highest extraction yield .Conclusion:Orthogonal Optimization of Extraction Process Polysaccharides in At-ractylodes is sample ,precision,with good predictability .It could provide a reference to Extraction Process of Polysaccharides in Atrac-tylodes.
