目的:采用RP-HPLC测定不同产地柿蒂药材中没食子酸的含量。方法:采用色谱柱:Cosmosil C18(4.6mm ×250mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸水溶液(5∶95)作流动相,流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:273nm;柱温:25℃。结果:不同产地柿蒂中没食子酸含量在0.0177~0.1000%。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确可靠,不同产地柿蒂中没食子酸含量有较大的差异,其中以吉安新兴药材行(130801)的含量最高。

목적:채용RP-HPLC측정불동산지시체약재중몰식자산적함량。방법:채용색보주:Cosmosil C18(4.6mm ×250mm,5μm),이갑순-0.5%린산수용액(5∶95)작류동상,류속:1.0mL/min;검측파장:273nm;주온:25℃。결과:불동산지시체중몰식자산함량재0.0177~0.1000%。결론:해방법간편、쾌속、준학가고,불동산지시체중몰식자산함량유교대적차이,기중이길안신흥약재행(130801)적함량최고。
Objective:To establish an RP-HPLC determination of Gallic acid in Diospyros kaki Thunb from different sources .Meth-ods:Cosmosil C18(4.6mm ×250mm, 5μm),methanol -0.5 %phosphoric acid solution ( 5∶95 ) as the mobile phase;flow rate:1.0 mL/min;detection wavelength:273nm;column temperature:25 ℃.Results:The content of Gallic acid was in 0.0177~0.1000%of Diospyros kaki Thunb.from different areas .Conclusion:The method is simple ,rapid,accurate and Diospyros kaki Thunb.from dif-ferent areas of Gallic acid has a bigger difference ,with the highest content of Ji,an (130801).
