目的：研究探讨健脾补肾化瘀固摄方对原发性肾病综合征的临床效果。方法：将73例原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为观察组38例和对照组35例，对照组患者给予足量激素治疗，观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用健脾补肾化瘀固摄方，8周后观察疗效。结果：观察组患者在血浆白蛋白、24小时尿蛋白、总胆固醇、体重方面恢复程度较对照组优异，两组结果经统计学处理，P＜0．05。结论：在激素使用的基础上加用中药治疗，可以提高原发性肾病综合征的治疗效果，临床效果显著。
목적：연구탐토건비보신화어고섭방대원발성신병종합정적림상효과。방법：장73례원발성신병종합정환자수궤분위관찰조38례화대조조35례，대조조환자급여족량격소치료，관찰조환자재대조조치료적기출상가용건비보신화어고섭방，8주후관찰료효。결과：관찰조환자재혈장백단백、24소시뇨단백、총담고순、체중방면회복정도교대조조우이，량조결과경통계학처리，P＜0．05。결론：재격소사용적기출상가용중약치료，가이제고원발성신병종합정적치료효과，림상효과현저。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of the TCM Therapy of Enforcing Spleen ,Nourishing Kidney ,Absorb Clots and Inducing As-tringency on primary nephrotic syndrome .Messade:73 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were divided into observation group ( n=38)and control group(n=35) randomly.The patients in control group received enough hormone and those in observation group used the TCM Therapy of Enforcing Spleen ,Nourishing Kidney ,Absorb Clots and Inducing Astringency on the basis of therapy in the control group.count up the the effect after 8 weeks.Result:The recovery degree of observation group is better than the control on the level of plasma albumin,ptoteinuria in 24 hour,total cholesterol (TC) and weight.the results of the two groups of statistical tests (P<0.05), with statistical significance .Conclusion:on the basis of hormone use and treatment with TCM can improve the therapeutic effect of pri -mary nephrotic syndrome ,clinical effect is remarkable .
