目的:分别用内毒素和(或)肥甘饮食的方法建立大鼠湿热模型,并检测模型体内IL-2、NF-κB的表达水平,以比较不同方法造模的效果差别,并探讨大鼠湿热模型成模的机制及改进手段。方法:80只大鼠随机分为4组,第1组为空白对照,其余3组分别以肥甘饮食、内毒素、肥甘饮食+内毒素的方法建立湿热模型,造模时间6周。用ELISA的方法检测各组大鼠IL-2、NF-κB的表达水平。结果:1.正常大鼠IL-2、NF-κB均为低表达。2.肥甘饮食组、内毒素组大鼠IL-2、NF-κB表达与正常大鼠无明显差别,肥甘饮食+内毒素组大鼠IL-2、NF-κB表达较正常大鼠明显升高。结论:肥甘饮食+内毒素方法对建立大鼠湿热模型效果明显,其成模的机制可能为在高血脂的基础上启动了非特异性的炎症反应。

목적:분별용내독소화(혹)비감음식적방법건립대서습열모형,병검측모형체내IL-2、NF-κB적표체수평,이비교불동방법조모적효과차별,병탐토대서습열모형성모적궤제급개진수단。방법:80지대서수궤분위4조,제1조위공백대조,기여3조분별이비감음식、내독소、비감음식+내독소적방법건립습열모형,조모시간6주。용ELISA적방법검측각조대서IL-2、NF-κB적표체수평。결과:1.정상대서IL-2、NF-κB균위저표체。2.비감음식조、내독소조대서IL-2、NF-κB표체여정상대서무명현차별,비감음식+내독소조대서IL-2、NF-κB표체교정상대서명현승고。결론:비감음식+내독소방법대건립대서습열모형효과명현,기성모적궤제가능위재고혈지적기출상계동료비특이성적염증반응。
Objective:To establish heat disease model in rats by endotoxin and (or) fatness diet respectively, and to detect IL-2, NF-κB expression in vivo of the models to compare the differences of effects by different methods of modeling , and to explore the mecha-nism of heat disease in rat model and improve methods .Methods:80 rats were randomly divided into four groups , group1 was the con-trol, and the other three groups were feeding with fatness , injecting endotoxin , both injecting endotoxin and feeding with fatness diet to create heat disease model respectively , modeling for six weeks .IL-2 and NF-κB expression in rats were detected by ELISA method . Results:1, IL-2 and NF-κB expression are low in normal rats .2, There was no significant difference of IL -2 and NF-κB expres-sion in rats among the fatness diet group , the endotoxin group and the normal group .IL-2 and NF-κB expression in group of both fatness diet +LPS were significantly higher than normal rats .Conclusions:Effect of fatness diet +endotoxin methods to establish heat disease model in rats is obvious , and the mechanism may be the initiation of non -specific inflammation on the basis high cholesterol .
