目的：介绍腓肠肌外侧头肌皮瓣修复开放性膝关节损伤的手术方法及适应证。方法：应用腓肠肌外侧头肌皮瓣对15例开放性膝关节损伤患者进行修复治疗，对其进行分析，讨论上述手术方法的优缺点及其适应症。结果：本组15例患者行转移肌皮瓣及供区植皮均成活封闭开放性膝关节创面，恢复部分功能，局部外形好。结论：应用腓肠肌外侧头肌皮瓣修复开放性膝关节损伤安全可靠，其明显缩短一期手术时间，具有操作方便、血供可靠、易成活、效果满意等优点，值得临床推广应用。
목적：개소비장기외측두기피판수복개방성슬관절손상적수술방법급괄응증。방법：응용비장기외측두기피판대15례개방성슬관절손상환자진행수복치료，대기진행분석，토론상술수술방법적우결점급기괄응증。결과：본조15례환자행전이기피판급공구식피균성활봉폐개방성슬관절창면，회복부분공능，국부외형호。결론：응용비장기외측두기피판수복개방성슬관절손상안전가고，기명현축단일기수술시간，구유조작방편、혈공가고、역성활、효과만의등우점，치득림상추엄응용。
AIM:To introduce the surgical method and indica-tions of the lateral gastrocnemius myocutaneous flap to repair open knee joint injury.METHODS:Totally of 15 cases with open knee joint injury received lateral gastrocnemius myocutaneous flap surgery.Analyzing and discussing the advantages and disadvanta-ges of this surgical method and its indications.RESULTS:Total-ly of 15 open knee joint injury cases were corrected satisfactorily and the flaps survived well.This surgical method recovered the partial function and appearance of the knee joint.CONCLU-SION:The lateral gastrocnemius myocutaneous flap is a safe and reliable method for reconstruction of open knee joint injury.This method could shorten the operation time of one-stage,and has some advantages such as easy to use,reliable blood supply,easily survival,good effect.It's worthy of applying in clinic.
