以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)、α,ω-二乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷(端乙烯基硅油)、含氢硅油、气相法白炭黑、抑制剂、发泡剂及催化剂为原料,制得双组分室温硫化( RTV-2)泡沫硅橡胶。探讨了端乙烯基硅油黏度和用量对RTV-2泡沫硅橡胶的初始黏度、操作时间、发泡倍率、力学性能、硬度及外观形貌的影响。结果表明,随着端乙烯基硅油黏度的增加, RTV-2泡沫硅橡胶的发泡倍率增加,泡孔孔径及骨架变细,弹性更好,胶料的初始黏度增加、操作时间缩短、硬度增加、泡孔孔径逐渐变小,拉伸强度先降后增,伸长率变化不明显;且随着端乙烯基硅油用量的增加, RTV-2泡沫硅橡胶的发泡倍率减小,泡孔孔径及骨架会先细后粗。当加入3~9份8000 mPa· s的端乙烯基硅油时,可制得流动性好,操作时间长、发泡倍率高、泡孔孔径细及弹性好的泡沫硅橡胶。
以α,ω-二羥基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107硅橡膠)、α,ω-二乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷(耑乙烯基硅油)、含氫硅油、氣相法白炭黑、抑製劑、髮泡劑及催化劑為原料,製得雙組分室溫硫化( RTV-2)泡沫硅橡膠。探討瞭耑乙烯基硅油黏度和用量對RTV-2泡沫硅橡膠的初始黏度、操作時間、髮泡倍率、力學性能、硬度及外觀形貌的影響。結果錶明,隨著耑乙烯基硅油黏度的增加, RTV-2泡沫硅橡膠的髮泡倍率增加,泡孔孔徑及骨架變細,彈性更好,膠料的初始黏度增加、操作時間縮短、硬度增加、泡孔孔徑逐漸變小,拉伸彊度先降後增,伸長率變化不明顯;且隨著耑乙烯基硅油用量的增加, RTV-2泡沫硅橡膠的髮泡倍率減小,泡孔孔徑及骨架會先細後粗。噹加入3~9份8000 mPa· s的耑乙烯基硅油時,可製得流動性好,操作時間長、髮泡倍率高、泡孔孔徑細及彈性好的泡沫硅橡膠。
이α,ω-이간기취이갑기규양완(107규상효)、α,ω-이을희기취이갑기규양완(단을희기규유)、함경규유、기상법백탄흑、억제제、발포제급최화제위원료,제득쌍조분실온류화( RTV-2)포말규상효。탐토료단을희기규유점도화용량대RTV-2포말규상효적초시점도、조작시간、발포배솔、역학성능、경도급외관형모적영향。결과표명,수착단을희기규유점도적증가, RTV-2포말규상효적발포배솔증가,포공공경급골가변세,탄성경호,효료적초시점도증가、조작시간축단、경도증가、포공공경축점변소,랍신강도선강후증,신장솔변화불명현;차수착단을희기규유용량적증가, RTV-2포말규상효적발포배솔감소,포공공경급골가회선세후조。당가입3~9빈8000 mPa· s적단을희기규유시,가제득류동성호,조작시간장、발포배솔고、포공공경세급탄성호적포말규상효。
The RTV foam silicone rubber was prepared with α,ω-silanol terminated polydimethylsilox-ane (107 silicone rubber ) , terminal vinylsiloxy blocked polydimethylsiloxane fluid , vinyl silicone fluid , fumed silica , inhibitor , platinum catalyst and foaming agent .The effects of the viscosity and content of vinyl end silicone fluid on the initial viscosity , time, foaming ratio, mechanical properties , hardness and hole mor-phology of the foam silicone rubber were investigated .Results showed that with increasing viscosity of the vinyl silicone fluid and its foaming rate , the pore sizes and framework became thinner .The initial viscosity of the rubber increased , the operating time shortened , and the hardness increased , thus its cell size became smaller and its tensile strength decreased at first then increased , while its elongation had no change .With the in-creased content of the vinyl silicone fluid , the foaming ratio decreased , and the cell sizes and framework be-came thinner at first , and then thicker .When 3~9 parts vinyl end silicone fluid with the viscosity of 8 000 mPa.s was added, the foam silicone rubber had good fluidity , higher foam ratio, smaller cell and better visco-elastic properties .
