伴随着现代科学的迅猛发展，现代技术也在飞速的向前发展，人类在享受科技给生活带来便利的同时，也感受到因它而产生的负面效应。在反思发展过程中的种种问题时，技术的选择成为人们共同思考的一个问题。因工具理性和价值理性的取向不同，进而对技术选择的结果也有差异。只有将二者有机的结合起来，才能实现技术的合理选择并使之促进人与社会的全面发展。以工具理性与价值理性的关系为起点，研究技术创造的选择，不仅对于我国创建新型的强国有着不可忽视的推进作用，对于正确处理经济建设与可持续发展的复杂关系也有着重大的指导意义，而且对企业的技术选择及发展战略也具有现实的意义，努力将工具理性和价值理性之间的关系协调和谐，不仅可以使团队最大限度的获利、有利于提升团队文化的竞争力，而且能够将团队发展与人类社会发展有机结合，从而使团队得到可持续发展。

With the rapid development of modern science ,modern technology has also developed by leaps and bounds .The science and technology can bring conveniences to daily life ,but at the same time its negative effects are gradually realized . Now the technology selection is becoming a common problem to all the people when we reflect the problems in the process of development .Because of the different orientation between tool rationality and value rationality ,technology selection varies .If the tool rationality and value rationality can be combined together ,the reasonable technology selection will come true and promote the people ’ s overall development .Based on the relationship between tool rationality and value rationality ,the study of technology selection will not only boost the construction of our country ,but also has great significance in correctly han-dling the complex relationship between economic construction and sustainable development .The technology selection and development strategy also has the vital practical significance to the enterprise .Making great efforts to unify the relationship between tool rationality and value rationality harmonious can not only make maximum profit of competitiveness of the team , but also integrate the team development into human society development so as to keep the sustainable development of the team.
