神华亿利能源有限责任公司电厂#1机组切换顺序阀时,高中压转子承受了较大的蒸汽托起力,一方面减轻了轴承的承载力,使得轴承稳定性下降;另一方面使得转子生产较大偏心,引起径向通流间隙的不均匀,激发了较大的汽流激振力,最终引发了高中压转子自激振动。现场通过轴承安装调整、阀序优化,以及现场动平衡有效消除了该振动故障。

Ltd. plant switching sequence valve, high pressure rotor bearing a large steam up force, it can reduce the capacity of bearing, the bearing stability decreased; on the other hand, the production of large rotor ec-centric, nonuniform induced radial clearance, stimulate large steam exciting force, eventually caused the high pressure rotor self-excited vibration. The scene through the bearing installation and adjustment, valve sequence optimization, and field dynamic bal-ance effectively eliminates the vibration fault.
