振动值异常是大型旋转机械常见故障，振动故障诊断对于设备的长期稳定运行尤为重要。本文在神华内蒙古国华准格尔发电有限责任公司（以下简称“国华准电”）借助CSI 2130振动分析仪对主要辅助设备开展状态检修工作过程中，对典型振动异常通过劣化趋势、频谱分析，并结合辅机结构类型和现场布置特点，准确判断了振动发生的原因，消除了设备隐患。事实证明，设备精密点检方法在振动故障诊断分析中效果明显，可为实施状态检修和优化检修提供服务。

Abnormal vibration is fault of large rotating machinery so common that vibration fault diagnosis is particularly impor-tant for long term stable operation. Typical abnormal vibration cases in Inner Mongolia Guohua Zhungeer power Generation Co., Ltd. are analysed by CSI 2130 in the process of having been carring out precise inspection to main auxiliary equipment, using the application technology of fault diagnosis theory and combined with the working experience, the author successly found out the causes, Thus the author took timely and appropriate measures of replacing the power consumption rate to eliminate the hid-den trouble of equipment. The facts show that precise inspection method to dealing with fault diagnosis is effective, which can provide services for state maintenance and maintenance optimization.
