针对二套常减压生产装置常压炉辐射室炉管更换数量、部位和依据,通过常压炉工艺运行参数、炉管红外热像监测,结合常压炉炉管壁厚、管外径增大量、最大膨胀量的检查和实测等综合分析,对常压炉炉管逐程逐根进行了诊断。
針對二套常減壓生產裝置常壓爐輻射室爐管更換數量、部位和依據,通過常壓爐工藝運行參數、爐管紅外熱像鑑測,結閤常壓爐爐管壁厚、管外徑增大量、最大膨脹量的檢查和實測等綜閤分析,對常壓爐爐管逐程逐根進行瞭診斷。

According to the second set of atmospheric and vacuum production equipment of at-mospheric furnace radiation chamber furnace tube replacement parts,replacement of the number and the basis,the atmospheric furnace operating parameters,the furnace tube coking products in-frared monitoring were analyzed.At the same time,combined with the atmospheric furnace tube wall thickness,pipe diameter increases,the maximum expansion of comprehensive analysis of ex-amination and testing process,and atmospheric furnace tubes were diagnosed one after another.
