对10 mm厚度的20G钢板进行了力学性能测试,采用金相显微镜对20G 钢拉伸过程进行了原位观察,并用硬度计测试硬度的变化。实验结果表明,拉伸过程中晶粒的微观尺寸变形与宏观变形具有一致性,硬度随形变增大而呈现增大趋势,并有明显形变强化效果。
對10 mm厚度的20G鋼闆進行瞭力學性能測試,採用金相顯微鏡對20G 鋼拉伸過程進行瞭原位觀察,併用硬度計測試硬度的變化。實驗結果錶明,拉伸過程中晶粒的微觀呎吋變形與宏觀變形具有一緻性,硬度隨形變增大而呈現增大趨勢,併有明顯形變彊化效果。

20G steel is used as heat-resistant steel for boiler,and possesses good toughness and ductility.The mechanical properties of 20G steel with the thickness of 10 mm have been tested, and it has been observed in situ by using field optical microscope in tensile process and hardness has been tested by hardness tester.The results show that there is a consistent relationship be-tween the deformation of microscopic grains size and the macroscopic deformation,and hardness has an increasing trend with the increase of deformation,which has a significant deformation strengthening effect.
