进行了管道上浮屈曲模拟试验方法研究,制作了管道上浮屈曲临界载荷试验装置,模拟了多种影响管道上浮屈曲的因素,测试管道轴向屈曲临界载荷,为研究管道上浮屈曲临界载荷提供试验依据。初步试验结果表明,管道上浮屈曲临界轴向载荷随着管道外径的增大而增大,随土壤冻胀量的增大而减小,随着管道下方冻胀长度的增大先增大后减小。
進行瞭管道上浮屈麯模擬試驗方法研究,製作瞭管道上浮屈麯臨界載荷試驗裝置,模擬瞭多種影響管道上浮屈麯的因素,測試管道軸嚮屈麯臨界載荷,為研究管道上浮屈麯臨界載荷提供試驗依據。初步試驗結果錶明,管道上浮屈麯臨界軸嚮載荷隨著管道外徑的增大而增大,隨土壤凍脹量的增大而減小,隨著管道下方凍脹長度的增大先增大後減小。

Experimental methodologies of pipeline buckling are investigated on an initial stage. Critical axial buckling load of different pipeline structures under separate influential factors are simulated utilizing pipeline buckling experimental instruments manufactured based on theories mentioned above so as to specify effects of different factors on critical load,which provides relia-ble experimental data for research of pipeline buckling.As the outcomes of experiment demon-strates,in terms of buckling phenomenon of straight pipeline,its critical axial load rises with in-creasing frost-heave amount,rising resistance coefficient of soil and expanding diameter of pipe-lines.In addition,the critical load increases initially and decreases later while length of frost-heave pipeline increases.
