目的:准确评价氟硅橡胶制品的贮存寿命。方法利用 G402氟硅橡胶制品自然贮存数据对加速老化试验数据进行检验。结果确认加速老化试验方法可行,数据可信,并根据加速老化试验中的模拟试验确定了贮存失效临界值。结论推测出 G402氟硅橡胶制品的贮存寿命可以达到15年。

Objective To accurately evaluate the storage life of fluorine rubber products. Methods The accelerated stor-age test data were verified using the natural storage data of fluorine rubber G402. Results The results confirmed the feasi-bility of the accelerated aging test method and the reliability of the data. The failure threshold was determined through the simulation test in accelerated aging test. Conclusions It was predicted that the storage life of fluorine rubber G402 products reached up to 15 years.
