以稀土氯化物溶液为原料,碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,在微波和超声波协同作用及常规加热条件下制备氧化铈超细粉体,考察了超声波功率和陈化时间对氧化铈粉体粒度的影响。试验结果表明:与常规加热相比,单一微波加热及协同加热模式下制备的氧化铈形貌更规则,粒径更均匀、更细,分散性更好,控制较短的陈化时间可得到平均粒径在0.2μm左右的超细氧化铈。

Using rare earth chloride solution as raw material ,ammonium bicarbonate as precipitating agent ,cerium oxide ultrafine powder was prepared by microwave and ultrasonic synergy .The effects of ultrasonic power and aging time on cerium oxide powder particle size was examined .The results show that compared with conventional heating by microwave and collaborative heating ,cerium oxide prepared is more rugulation ,particle size is more uniform ,dispersion is better ,average particle size of ultrafine cerium oxide can reach about 0 .2 μm by controlling shorter aging time .
