研究了在常温常压下用废盐酸从高温焙烧改性的高钛渣中浸出钛,考察了废盐酸质量浓度、温度、反应时间、液固体积质量比对钛浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:改性剂与高钛渣质量比为0.7∶1,在850℃下焙烧3h对高钛渣进行改性,然后用浓度为3.6mol/L的废盐酸在温度70℃下搅拌浸出3h,控制液固体积质量比为5∶1,钛浸出率为95.5%,浸出效果较好。
研究瞭在常溫常壓下用廢鹽痠從高溫焙燒改性的高鈦渣中浸齣鈦,攷察瞭廢鹽痠質量濃度、溫度、反應時間、液固體積質量比對鈦浸齣率的影響。試驗結果錶明:改性劑與高鈦渣質量比為0.7∶1,在850℃下焙燒3h對高鈦渣進行改性,然後用濃度為3.6mol/L的廢鹽痠在溫度70℃下攪拌浸齣3h,控製液固體積質量比為5∶1,鈦浸齣率為95.5%,浸齣效果較好。
연구료재상온상압하용폐염산종고온배소개성적고태사중침출태,고찰료폐염산질량농도、온도、반응시간、액고체적질량비대태침출솔적영향。시험결과표명:개성제여고태사질량비위0.7∶1,재850℃하배소3h대고태사진행개성,연후용농도위3.6mol/L적폐염산재온도70℃하교반침출3h,공제액고체적질량비위5∶1,태침출솔위95.5%,침출효과교호。
The titanium slag was roasted at high temperature with modifier .The roasted slag was leached using waste hydrochloric acid at normal atmosphere .The influence of hydrochloric acid concentration ,temperature ,reaction time and liquid-solid ratio on leaching of titanium from the roasted slag were examined .The results show that the optimum leaching conditions are that hydrochloric acid concentration is 3 .6 mol/L ,temperature is 70℃ ,reaction time is 3 h ,liquid-solid ratio is 5∶1 ,and the slag particle size is 200 mesh which is roasted for 2 h at 850 ℃ with modifier .The leaching of titanium is 95 .5% at the optimum conditions .
