研究了以沸腾焙烧-酸浸-氰化浸出工艺从高铜金精矿中综合回收铜、金等有价元素。试验确定的最佳条件为:1)高铜金精矿沸腾焙烧预处理温度为650℃,焙烧时间为2 h ;2)焙砂用硫酸浸出铜,硫酸质量浓度为50g/L,浸出时间为2h,浸出温度为80℃,液固体积质量比为4∶1~5∶1,浸出后渣铜品位降至0.286%;3)硫酸浸出渣与静态焙烧渣用氰化钠浸出金,金浸出率为96.5%,银浸出率为63.5%。该工艺对高铜金精矿中Au、Ag、Cu的综合回收率较高。
研究瞭以沸騰焙燒-痠浸-氰化浸齣工藝從高銅金精礦中綜閤迴收銅、金等有價元素。試驗確定的最佳條件為:1)高銅金精礦沸騰焙燒預處理溫度為650℃,焙燒時間為2 h ;2)焙砂用硫痠浸齣銅,硫痠質量濃度為50g/L,浸齣時間為2h,浸齣溫度為80℃,液固體積質量比為4∶1~5∶1,浸齣後渣銅品位降至0.286%;3)硫痠浸齣渣與靜態焙燒渣用氰化鈉浸齣金,金浸齣率為96.5%,銀浸齣率為63.5%。該工藝對高銅金精礦中Au、Ag、Cu的綜閤迴收率較高。

Recovery of valuable metals from refractory high-grade copper-contained gold concentrate was researched by the process of sulfating roasting-acid leaching-cyanidation leaching .The optimum conditions are that 1)Roasting temperature is 650 ℃ ,roasting time is 2 hours .2)Leaching of copper is over 98 .5% under the conditions of initial sulfuric acid concentration of 50 g/L ,leaching temperature of 80 ℃ ,leaching time of 2h ,liquid-solid ratio of 4∶1 -5∶1 ,the copper mass fraction in the acid leaching residue is lower 0 .35% .3)The cyanidation leaching of gold and silver are 96 .5% and 63 .5% , respectively .The process can be used for extracting valuable metals from refractory high-grade copper-contained gold concentrate .
