目的:采用3.0T MRI对正常志愿者海马体积与脑体积进行定量测量,探讨其与年龄和性别的相关性。方法采用GE Signa EXCITE 3.0 T高分辨MRI对140例健康志愿者(男性73例,女性67例,年龄10~84岁,平均45.8±18.3岁)行全脑MRII 3D T1成像,在AW4.2工作站上采用半自动方法计算海马体积与脑体积。并对不同性别、年龄进行统计分析。结果海马体积及脑体积与性别间差异具有统计学意义( p<0.05),男性的海马体积及脑体积要大于女性。年龄与海马体积及脑体积之间为负相关( p<0.01)。结论全脑MRI 3D可以提供更准确的海马及大脑容积定量,为各种相关疾病的临床诊断和治疗方案的制定提供客观依据。

Objective To explore the relationship between the volume of hippocampus (HPF) and brain with gender and age .Methods 140 volunteers were examined with 3D T1 weighted images to obtain the whole brain image.The volume of HPF and whole brain was calculated on AW 4.1 workstation in semi-auto manner.Data of HPF and whole brain volume were analyzed in different gender and age with t test and variance analysis .Results There was significant statistical correlation between the volume of HPF and brain and gender (p<0.05), the volume of HPF and brain in male was larger than that in female .The correlation analysis indicated that negative correlation exist between age and the volume of HPF and brain ( p<0.01 ).Conclusion Whole brain MRI 3D can provide quantitative HPF and brain volume more accurately , and provide objective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of various diseases .
