学生协同创新能力的培养有利于促进高校教师个体专业化发展，同时也是衡量高校学生整体综合素质的主要指标。文章根据对深圳三所高校学生协同创新能力培养的调查和分析，就如何解决当前深圳高校学生协同创新能力培养中存在的问题，提出了建议和对策。

Cultivating university students' synergy innovation capability helps develop the teachers’personal professionalization and is the main index to measure college students’comprehensive qualities and also the key to the reform of university education. According to the investigation and analysis of synergy innovation capability cultivation of students in three universities in Shenzhen, this paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures on the problems in cultivating students' synergy innovation capability.
