随着研究生招生规模的逐年扩大，推行研究生导师团队模式成为新时期研究生培养的客观需求，而导师团队的水平则是决定研究生培养质量的关键因素。通过在研究生导师团队的构建中引入贝尔宾团队角色理论这一改革建议，在研究生培养模式上积极创新，这是新形势下符合研究生培养特点的一种积极探索。

With the expansion of postgraduate enrollment year after year,it is an objective demand for implementing tutor team model for postgraduate cultivation in the new era,but the construction of tutor team plays a key role in postgraduate cultivation. The reforming suggestion of fusing“the Belbin team role theory”in construction of postgraduate tutor team,in a positive innovation of postgraduate cultivation model,is a positive probe which adapts to the characteristics of postgradu-ate cultivating in the new situation.
