The president of a university president is the soul for the development of the university. The presidents' professionalization results from the need of the development of modern society and university. Through reviewing the intention of university president's professionalization, analyzing the alienated professionalization, the paper probes into directions for optimizing the president's professionalization, hoping to propel the professionalization of university president.
